Diagnostic briefs and preliminary proposals are informational and non-binding. Scope, assumptions, timing, fees, and terms may change after discovery. A final engagement exists only when an authorized agreement is executed.
Your submissions
You are responsible for having authority to share submitted information and for avoiding unnecessary personal, regulated, confidential, export-controlled, or privileged data at the diagnostic stage.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or company, or interfere with service operation.
Intellectual property
Doers retains rights in its site, methodology, templates, and underlying systems. Client-specific rights are governed by the signed engagement agreement.
Availability and liability
Public and prospect services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Doers is not liable for decisions made solely from preliminary or automatically generated materials.
