What we collect
Contact and company details, diagnostic answers, files you choose to share, scheduling activity, portal collaboration, and delivery records.
Why we use it
To assess fit and authenticity, prepare briefs and proposals, communicate about the initiative, operate the prospect or client workspace, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
AI-assisted processing
Structured submissions may be analyzed by bounded AI systems to prepare drafts and recommendations. Human approval remains required for final commercial proposals and decline decisions.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers needed to operate hosting, email, scheduling, databases, and AI processing. Access is limited by role. Records are retained only as long as required for the relationship, security, accounting, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing privacy@doers.co. Transactional messages about a request are separate from optional marketing communication.
