Decisions people approve
Final proposals, decisions not to take on a project, important scope changes, and actions outside agreed permissions require human approval.
Facts and suggestions are different.
AI-assisted material must distinguish information we have been given or verified from assumptions, recommendations, and unanswered questions. An AI-generated statement is not evidence by itself.
How information is handled
We limit the information used for a task, keep project-specific information separate, restrict sensitive data, and control access according to responsibility. We keep records that allow the work to be reviewed.
When something needs correcting
AI-assisted material can be incomplete or wrong. Tell us when something is missing or inaccurate. Final decisions should use the latest approved information.
