AI transparency
AI supports the work. It does not quietly replace accountability.
Effective July 30, 2026 · Version 1.0
Where AI may help
AI may structure diagnostic submissions, identify missing information, prepare a brief or preliminary proposal draft, support research, and assist internal delivery workflows.
Required human gates
Final commercial proposals, decline decisions, consequential scope decisions, and actions outside defined authority require human approval.
Evidence boundaries
Generated materials must distinguish provided facts, repository or approved-source evidence, assumptions, recommendations, and unknowns. Unsupported claims are not accepted as proof.
Data boundaries
We limit context to what a task requires, keep project-specific context isolated, restrict sensitive data, and use role-based access and auditable records.
Correction
AI-assisted materials may be incomplete or wrong. Prospect briefs and preliminary proposals invite correction; final decisions use the latest approved context.
